Dr. Melánia Nagy and Dóra Kovács, from the licensed Gerson clinic in Hungary Gerson Institute Europe, visited a true legend - 102-year-old Beata Bishop, co-founder of that clinic, journalist, trailblazer, and a Gerson recovered patient.
Dr. Melánia, co-founder, asked the question that intrigues us all: “How do you keep your mind so sharp?”
Beata’s answer could be a recipe for everyone:
💬 “I have kept my curiosity, that is the secret. I am constantly asking... why is this? Could it be done differently? I drive everyone crazy with this!” – she says with a laugh.
📖 According to Beata, as long as a person remains curious, their brain remains young. And she truly means it: to this day, she reads the newspaper every single day and is currently immersed in Maggie O'Farrell’s book, "Hamnet.” For her, reading is not just a pastime, but pure joy.
Look at that sparkle in her eyes! Let’s learn from her: never stop asking questions!
