Meet the teachers guiding the retreat practices.
During the four days of the retreat, our sessions will be guided by a small team of experienced teachers, each bringing their own approach to movement, breath and inner stillness.
Kata will lead the Morning Hatha practices to gently awaken the body, as well as a deeply relaxing Yin & Sound class and an immersive Sound Journey. Her sessions invite you to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Ivett will guide the Flow yoga practices, where movement follows the rhythm of the breath in a smooth, continuous flow. Her classes combine fluid movement, conscious breathing and deeper stretches to support both body and mind.
Our mornings will begin with Meditation & Pranayama guided by Joel, offering a calm and grounding start to the day through simple breathing practices and quiet presence.
All sessions are optional and open to all levels — you can move, rest and participate in your own rhythm.
Over the four days we will create space to slow down, spend time in nature, share nourishing meals and reconnect with ourselves.
