My name is Szilvia Wolberger, and this page was launched to offer mindfulness and solution-focused practice to all who are facing daily challenges in activating their skills and resources for maintaining work-life balance.

Before teaching mindfulness and engaging in solution-focused conversations became my full-time engagement, I spent 20 years in business development and human resource management for multinational corporations and project-based ventures. This experience with the workforce both as a leader and an employee, still informs my work as we deal with recent challenges of the post-pandemic circumstances.

Throughout engagement with my clients in the past few years and becoming aware of their deeper needs and hopes, my focus today is on how to:
