On Friday, 20th February 2026, BIMC Hospital Kuta, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross Bali, held a Health Talk titled “Save Lives. Starting with Yours.” to raise awareness about the challenges of accessing Rhesus-negative blood in Bali.

During the event, guests had the opportunity to:
✔️ Check their blood type and Rhesus factor on-site
✔️ Learn about donor eligibility and the current donor profile in Bali
✔️ Understand the critical role of blood availability in emergency situations

With the participation of consulates, immigration representatives, expat communities, and international schools, this initiative strengthens collaboration to improve access to safe and compatible blood when it matters most.
