A new and unique experience at The Istana.

As December invites us to reflect, reset, and welcome a new chapter, the Sound Dome becomes a living instrument where ancient mantras meet the resonance of sacred architecture. Designed with a phi-ratio (golden ratio) curve, the Dome vibrates as voices rise, allowing sound to be felt through the whole body rather than just heard.

This 90-minute experience guides you through breath activation, mantra chanting, and full-body vibrational immersion designed to release what no longer serves and create space for clarity and renewal. Every voice contributes to the energetic field. It is not a performance, it is a collective experience.

With over two years of chanting and guiding sessions in this very Dome, has witnessed how intentional sound dissolves tension, restores balance, and reconnects people to their inner truth.

The experience will close with a silent meditation to anchor insights, allowing new frequencies to land deeply and preparing each participant to step into the coming year with peace, purpose, and aligned intention.

The Istana, Meditation Redefined

What if we could wake up every day, elated and exhilarated by the pure aliveness of our surroundings? Excited and nourished by the quality of the company we keep? How much better could we be?

The Istana is one attempt to answer that question.

Combining the ancient and modern, The Istana allows technology and tradition to exist side-by-side. Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork.

Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community.
