There isn’t anything more miraculous than noticing mirroring your internal state, physical illness or seeing them closer to you when feeling down, or happy with you when you’re extra sunny. These beings have been summoned to be in this lifetime with you…by you. On a level, prior to this incarnation, you have decided to enter this soul contract whether to rescue them, bring them home. This is what is referred to as destiny. Even the ones that leave this life a little earlier than their time, escape or grow beyond their “expected years” all is by design and not by accident. This is a two-way relationship. Yes, their angel form is a “pet companion” but you too, are their dharma in this life. You’re never really alone when you’ve got your animals. They’re never alone when they’ve got you. They bring you closer to home, including your physical body as well as space when otherwise the world can feel empty or cold. They wag their tail, jump around when they hear your car or footsteps closer. You might even get yelled at if you’ve been gone longer than usual…They each have their own love language, just like you. Some have been abandoned and you show them what trust looks like again. They too, recognize your abandonment wounds and have you receive a bit more centeredness within yourself. Just by choosing to care for them, love of the self opens up and gets mirrored. Just by loving you, you gift them the most precious gift which is love in this lifetime. Sometimes, their untimely departing is because they’re ready for their next reincarnation (could be back with you in this lifetime again) or just to open you up to life, vulnerability, surrender and reawaken to the divine wisdom.
To be continued as animals are my favorite on this planet and I will do anything to spread the word of kindness, love and protection to God’s creations that came from the same place that we did. Oh!
