Every soul who steps into Tapas Yoga 200hr YTT walks in carrying one version of themselves…
and walks out more grounded, more awake, more embodied, more true.

👉 This training isn’t transformational just because you learn how to teach yoga.
It transforms because you meet yourself fully.

We move beyond shapes.
We study breath, philosophy, anatomy, presence.
We sit in the uncomfortable.
We soften.
We remember why we came to the mat in the first place.

We practice holding space
