The law of physics and nature states that everything has a vibration. Matter is made of atoms that are constantly vibrating and based on the speed of that vibration, things appear as solids, liquids or gas. All things living and non-living vibrate at their own frequency. Our bodies are made of cells, which are made of atoms, which are made of particles all vibrating at their own rate. Sounds, your energy system, your thoughts, your organs and even electromagnetic waves all vibrate at their own frequencies. When parts of the body become stressed, or when we go through emotional distress, our body and it's organs no longer vibrate at their optimal frequency. Dis-ease and ill effects can occur when our bodies deviate from their natural resonant frequencies. We are constantly surrounded by dissonance - from the sounds of traffic, cities, negative situations and unnatural habitats. Sound Vibrational Therapy is based on the scientific phenomenon of resonance where the natural sound vibrations of the sound bowls drive the body's system to oscillate with greater amplitude at specific preferential frequencies. These hand-hammered sound bowls reduce stress to such an incredible degree that allows the body to experience deep healing. Modern medicine is finally starting to recognize sound healing as a therapeutic field. Sound interacts directly with the nervous system.

Not all crystal bowls create the same response in the body. I’ve met numerous students who bought crystal bowls (even from reputable sites) that were badly tuned, or made no sense harmonically. Accurate tuning and harmonic relationships matter because coherent sound creates safety.

Zenergy crystal bowls are tuned to 432Hz reference pitch for better regulation and all our sets are harmonically combined so the body can soften, receive, and respond positively and naturally.
