Hi Gabi I just wanted to check in and let you know I am going well- no ci******es!! I still cant believe it- it's a miracle -honestly I keep thinking it's going to wear off like a spell but I am determined that I will not go back ever even if at times it creeps up on me as a good idea?!!
I have no physical desire to smoke at all! But there definitely feels like a grieving process over loosing an old friend, (and one that pretty much ruled your life in so many ways?!!) I often feel at a loss or anxious bc there is that thing i used to do, and now there is not.. and nothing seems to really fill the hole - food etc not really for me. But as you said totally mental it's defintely not a physical craving!
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! I am beyond grateful!
