We are a team of dedicated, passionate, professional teachers, instructors, guides, and we are busy building a place for HOLISTIC FITNESS. We are the only place on the island where you can find so many different classes under one roof - however you feel on a particular day, there is a class for you! For us, holistic fitness includes every part of ourselves and our lives; our body, our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, our diet, our self expression and social interactions. We have built a place where different modalities - from martial arts to meditation, from dance to cross training, from nutritional advice to self help and self defence - all come together to empower people and help them find the health regimen that is suited to their needs. A place to explore the body mind connection – to learn to understand your body and your mind – what makes you feel fit, confident and happy – what is the regime that works for YOU?
