很多人一直在减肥的路上,却始终不确定——
自己吃得到底对不对?生活中的策略有没有用对?
从中医的角度来看,减重不是“少吃”就会瘦,而是与体质密切相关:
• 有人脾虚,吃进来却消化不了,湿气越堆越多;
• 有人肝气郁,情绪卡住,让代谢跟着一起卡住;
• 有人肾气不足,气不够推、火不够燃,减重自然事倍功半。
很多人以为自己瘦了,
但体内的脂肪率依旧偏高,肌肉量却不足——
表面“变瘦”,身体却没有变健康。
而肌肉不足、代谢不稳,也会让减肥能力下降。
所以这次很高兴再次与饮食治疗师合作。
从中医讲“湿气、体质、代谢”,
到营养师讲“体脂、肌肉、饮食结构”,
我们其实都在关心同一件事:
让身体回到最会燃脂、最会代谢的状态。
中与西,本质上说的是同一件事,
只是使用不同的语言,
从不同的角度,为同一个目标努力——
帮助每位来参与的你,
找到最适合自己的减重方法。

让减重不再迷茫,而是变得更科学、更轻松、更有效。
Many people spend years trying to lose weight,
yet they’re never truly sure:
Am I eating the right way?
Am I using the right lifestyle strategies?
From Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), weight loss is never just about “eating less.”
It is deeply connected to one’s body constitution:
• Some have Spleen Deficiency, causing poor digestion and accumulating dampness.
• Some experience Liver Qi Stagnation, where emotions slow down metabolism.
• Some have Kidney Qi Deficiency, reducing metabolic fire and lowering fat-burning capacity.
Many think they’ve slimmed down,
yet their body fat remains high,
and muscle mass is far below healthy levels.
This “superficial weight loss” does not equal real health.
With low muscle mass and unstable metabolism,
the ability to lose weight naturally declines.
This is why I’m truly glad to collaborate again with a diet therapist.
From TCM’s standpoint—dampness, constitution, metabolism—
to nutrition’s perspective—body fat, muscle mass, food structure—
we are actually talking about the same truth:
Your body can only lose weight effectively when it returns to a balanced, efficient metabolic state.
TCM and Western nutrition speak different languages,
yet they look at the same human body
and aim for the same outcome—
to help every participant
find the weight-loss method that truly suits them.
