Every name carries a story. This one is mine.

I get asked often what my name stands for — so here it is.

Indriani ✨

From the Sanskrit root ind — to perceive, to see.

In Hindu mythology, Indriani is the queen of the gods, consort of Indra, ruler of the heavens. But beyond the mythology, the name carries something deeper — a connection to indriya, the divine senses, the power of inner perception and awareness.

To carry this name is to be rooted in something ancient, something luminous.

As January comes to a close, we pause — held by the Full Moon and the threshold of the Chinese New Year, moving from the Wood Snake into the Fire Horse.
A powerful moment for cleansing, release, and renewal.

This Sunday, we’re offering a gentle, guided breathwork session to support nervous system regulation.
A space to slow down, soften the body, and release what’s been carried — consciously preparing the ground for the new cycle ahead.

Breath by breath, we let go of the old.
We listen inward.

✨ Day 6 of our 7 Days of Gratitude - for Energy
I’m by the sea again — and today’s practice is all about filling up with fresh energy, prana, life force. 🌊

We’ll use straw breathing:
Inhale gently as if through a straw.
Exhale with a soft haaah.
Repeat 5–10 times.

Each round brings in new energy.
Each exhale clears what you no longer need.

Grateful for breath.
Grateful for life force.
Grateful for this moment.

Thank you, body —
wise and alive,
carrying me safely,
from head to heart to feet.

Thank you cells, renewing and nourishing.
Thank you eyes, opening to beauty.
Thank you ears, listening to sound and silence.
Thank you voice, giving shape to truth.
Thank you skin, touching, protecting, connecting.
Thank you tongue, tasting and savoring life.
Thank you body, always communicating —
guiding me, whispering what you need.

A few minutes of breath and gratitude
can shift the way we inhabit this body —
from machine,
to temple of presence,
to vessel of life force.

✨ Day 2 of our 7-Day Gratitude Breathwork ✨

This morning I walked t by the sea, soaking up the sunrise.
I recorded this with the waves in the background and the first rays of the sunrise on my skin.
Gratitude doesn’t always need a long practice. Sometimes it’s as simple as soaking up nature:

The warmth of the sun.

The sound of the waves.

The space you’re in right now.

This practice reminded me how powerful it is to let nature amplify gratitude. Just one pause to listen, feel, and breathe can shift perception, emotion, and energy.

Today’s reflection:
