Yesterday, ou Coordinator from Timor TTS Gomer visited a patient from Kefamenanu (KEFA) who was born with Anorectal Malformation (Atresia Ani). We received this information through a Facebook post and immediately followed up with a direct visit.
In such cases, newborns usually undergo an initial colostomy surgery to save their lives, followed by the next stage after around 6 months.
However, due to financial limitations, the family has not been able to continue the treatment until now. Their only hope is for their child to grow and live a normal life like other children.
Kolewa Foundation is here to bring new hope.
Soon, little Alfryano will be brought to Bali to continue his medical treatment.

Today, we contributed by distributing 250 meal boxes to school children and local community members.
This initiative is part of the 22nd anniversary of Tangana Indonesia, through a Social Service Health Safari attended by the Mayor of Denpasar, the Head of Social Services, and the village leader of Wantilan Desa Adat Sidakarya.

Please keep Brooklyn & Griezman, the twins from Ambon, in your prayers 🙏
They first came to us in 2017 for cleft lip surgery, and now at 8 years old, they are back in Bali for their final surgery
They arrived on March 22, and yesterday was dedicated to pre-surgery preparation. Today, they are undergoing a gum closure surgery—an important step in their healing journey.
This is a big day for them. Let’s send our prayers and support for a successful surgery and a smooth recovery.

Thank you so much dr. Stephanie Johnson and husband from Australia 🤍 for visiting us once again, bringing medical supplies, colostomy bags, and generously donating a refrigerator dedicated to proper medicine storage.

In commemoration of World Water Day, March 22 💧
Kolewa Foundation shares simple education on the importance of clean water, how to conserve it, and how to create a basic water filter at home using simple materials.
We share this information with our patients’ caregivers, many of whom come from areas with limited access to clean drinking water. In some cases, they must collect water from rivers, stagnant sources, or rely on rainwater storage.
Because clean water is essential for life, we are committed not only to providing medical support, but also to helping communities gain access to safe and clean drinking water
