Quick 2 meals - meal prep! Flank steak with home made chimichurri! And ton of garlic to keep COVID away 😂 Flank: marinated in the fridge for 12 hours with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and onions. Then cooked for 20 min. Chimichurri: 1 cup parsley, 1 cup cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil and lemon juice! Healthier and tastier than mayo or ketchup!

Just starting in the macro world? KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!! Don’t start making long recipes and buy food you wouldn’t normally! Make a list of veggies, 2 proteins (to change a little) and some fat so nuts, oil (even cooking oil is counted) etc. Then cook in batches and put in containers it will be easy to weight, already cooked so no excuses to get take out!! KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!
