The Forest Rock Qigong School was founded with the vision to make Qi Gong practice and its teachings accessible for everyone. ☯️

In keeping with this vision, we would like to offer a Scholarship Program for our In-Person Level 1 Qi Gong Teacher Training. This will allow the benefits of Qi Gong to reach people that might not otherwise be able to attend this training.

How does Zhan Zhuang Qi Gong support your body, mind, and energy? ✨

Zhan Zhuang Qi Gong is a traditional standing meditation practice rooted in Daoist health traditions and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through simple standing postures, the body learns to release tension, improve alignment, and restore natural energy flow.

Free the Bonsais 🌱

�I went home and I got my bonsais out and I cut all four of them… they just started sending these huge shoots… The thing really wanted to be alive.”

As we step into 2026, I want to remind you of something simple but deeply important. This year is not just another year in your life, it is another opportunity to become a more evolved version of yourself.

Every year begins with a step into a new doorway, and the person who walks through this door is different from the person who walked through it last year.

Over the last year, you will have learned new things, experienced struggles, laughed, cried, grown older, and possibly woken up to see the world in a different way. You may have met parts of yourself you did not know existed. You may have seen limiting belief stories rise up and dissolve. You may have felt what happens when your emotional energy becomes dysregulated, and you may also have felt what happens when you bring yourself back into balance.

This year, I invite you to make a commitment to yourself.

Choose to live from a greater level of consciousness.
Choose to act from your vision of the future instead of your past.
Choose to invest your energy into the person you are becoming.
Spend more time in the present moment and less time lost in thought.

Every thought you energize and every intention you set moves you forward or pulls you back. Your internal dialogue shapes the choices you make and the life you experience.

So here is my message to you:

Let 2026 be the year you stop replaying the past and start moving towards the future.

Let it be the year you move your energy into new possibilities, instead of fear, protection, and survival.

This year, choose to become the observer and creator of your inner world. Choose to be calm, present, and aware.

This year, align your mind, breath, emotions, and Qi, and be the person you want to be, not the person you used to be.

And remember this:

You are never stuck.
It’s never too late.
You are never too old to reshape your inner world and change the direction of your life.

I wish you a year filled with presence, clarity, alignment, emotional freedom, inner peace, and the courage to step into the highest expression of who you are.

Happy New Year. May 2026 bring you balance, vitality, and a deeper connection to yourself.
