Acupressure for Depression ☯️

Using Traditional Chinese Medicine, this technique combines three acupressure points to help you feel different right after you use it:

1. Shen Men: Located on the crease beneath your little finger on the Heart side. Rub this point clockwise, about 12 circles.
2. Yin Tang: Between your eyes. Use circular motions: top left to bottom right.
3. Baihui: The high point on the top of your head. Rub in clockwise circles.

These points are famous for helping with depression and can make a big difference in how you feel.

Part of the diagnostic in Traditional Chinese Medicine is to see where the Yin and Yang is out of balance in the body — whether it’s in the meridians or the organs.

There are so many ways you can keep balance inside your body through food, meditation, diet, Qi Gong practice, or acupuncture.

Part of it is restoration through treatments. The other part is maintenance. You maintain balance by doing a regular Qi Gong practice.
