Each session unfolds uniquely.
This one called for deep listening and space—beginning with time to share, express, and release what had been carried for too long.

In the water, we explored extended neck unwinding and gentle underwater journeys, followed by a long integration on the table, working through the craniosacral system to bring it all home.

Sometimes 10 minutes on the table is enough. This one needed 30.
The body knows. I simply follow.
