One of the top 10 consults we have been performing regularly over the last six months relates to Dispepsia.

Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Yala, has put together a nice video on Dispepsia in Bahasa Indonesia that provides some good information on the disease. Please feel free to share!

CallMyDokter customer satisfaction comes in for another strong month in July!

We asked a few more questions.

Plus side- the convenience of a quality doctor engagement-scheduled etc. Some comments were made on medicine delivery- partly because we deliver to all four corners of Indonesia but also challenges us to think about what we deliver. Another interesting statistic on medicines last month- we only needed to deliver to 80% of patients. Good healthcare means we don’t do shopping bags! (efficiency and quality)

And the best news-100% of patients said would use us again! And as a patient said- I didn't know virtual care could do this!

Some great tips to relax from CallMyDokter's Nabilah!

Includes some great exercises after long screen time and for general relaxation.

We see that with excessive time on devices from both works and relaxing with social media like tik- tok, there is a major need for taking time for breaks! For both physical and mental health.

Happy International Nurses day to all nurses

Has been a pleasure interacting with our nurses in our CoVid, Chronic care, and pregnancy programs. I am not sure what percentage of time they spend with patients verse the doctors- but they are the ones who support day to day issues, develop great relationship/ empathy with patients, and are often the first point of triage. Our programs they regularly score 4.8-5/5 on empathy from our patients!

Great job to all nurses and congratulations on your day!
