今年初就報名好的大師來台帶領心理 #催眠 治療督導班,似乎預見了我又來到需要再次深度覺察,清理,澄清和 #療癒 自己的階段。

七月中開始意識到快承受不住身心的疲勞和壓力,預訂了在台東的靜心行程休養,果然八月中兩次火山爆發,自動進入 #創傷 原型的戰鬥模式,崩解狀態的我清楚知道,這是 burn out 耗竭, 我能為自己做的就是抽離,必須找到時間與空間好好重整自己。

到登機前我還無法釐清,除了生活中大小導火線的累積,這次崩潰的問題根源出在哪裡?

直到在機上看了日本動畫, “ #窗口邊的小荳荳” (Totto chan: a little girl at the window), 童年時讀原作只覺得好特別,中年看電影卻數次被觸動痛哭,我才意識到這次的中心主題與“愛”有關,我如何與“ #無條件的愛”相遇?

三天的心理催眠督導班中,大師 Stephen Gilligan 一次次示範如何用慈悲與溫暖面對情緒阻礙,建立身心資源擁抱脆弱和創傷,台上台下一起被感動療癒,我更確認了自己之後要處理的課題,就是如何再繼續接納和體會“愛“?

課程結束第二天前往都蘭外圍,很巧地三天兩夜在 我在Zero靜修中心 只有我一人,在靜默,微風與星空中我練習靜心回到當下,再繼續 #自我催眠 的 #自癒 讓身體與 #心靈 覺察再覺知,一次次流淚不止中慢慢和真誠的自我相遇。

(感謝靜心場 簡樸又細膩的安排,給予我剛剛好的照顧可以直接面對自己)

離開都蘭前我紀錄下簡單的心得摘要---

1. 從每天早晚和自己說話開始,引用小林校長對荳荳說的:

你是個好孩子,
你實在是個好孩子,
你真的是非常好的孩子。

2.如何接受和給予無條件的愛?

制約:我成長中得到的稱讚關注和善意都是有條件的,要有優秀的表現才會被接受。

轉化: 並非從小完全沒有跟無條件的愛互動過,其實我生命中是有過那些片刻的。現在大自然和貓狗是最好的導師,讓它們帶領我覺察體會再傳遞無條件的愛。

3. 如何控制暴躁憤怒的情緒?

轉化:最容易受激崩潰的點,其實反映了內心的渴望,想要被聆聽被了解,更深處是想要被認同被接納,最深的渴望是想要建立連結。了解了這些渴望,對人事物的回應便可以直接朝這個方向去,繞過生氣這個彎口,從建立連結開始溝通和對方的異與同。

4. 如何調整自我,不堅持己見是對的?

制約: 創傷記憶帶著“如果我做錯事就要倒大楣了,我會被處罰責打,被貶低羞辱”的信念,本能的創傷“戰鬥”反應出現,防禦自己不能認錯,要不斷爭論自己是對的。

轉化:那些早年指責我錯讓我感覺屈辱的人,後來何曾都做對了?他們在專業和人生路上都搞砸了更大更嚴重的課題,何必幫錯誤的他們繼續背負錯誤的信念? 反觀每次我認錯道歉時得到的反饋更正面更溫暖,何不讓犯錯認錯也成為好玩充滿溫柔的過程?

5. 如何跳脫不斷複製的能量和行為模式?

轉化:大師提到痛苦的負面情緒和身體反應,是包裹內在脆弱的外殼,是本能用來保護自己的。

我讓自己脫殼,舊的外殼還諸天地給大自然,再邀請大自然送我一層溫柔勇敢又頑皮的保護膜,我讓身體吸收了保護膜,歡迎好久不見的真我和純真熱血的本心探頭出來,

有時候,你需要的也許不是更多的療程和找到合適的治療師,而是好好調整根本的心態 😎

前幾週我們收到能量平衡/療癒的諮詢申請,跟 #豐盛 流遇到阻礙有關。

在閱讀申請表格時總覺得,雖然個案宣稱已嘗試過 #催眠, , 等,多年的經驗直覺告訴我, “還是缺少了什麼東西”。

當我的partner 和個案對話時,被告知“兩三個月來在嘗試販賣自然健康產品,但沒有進展”。

身為 #阿育吠陀 #天然 #養生 #食療 專家,我的partner 順口問起,“你的產品是什麼?根據什麼原理研發的,效果是什麼?”

對方卻連最基本的 #調理 #五行 身體組成 #元素 概念,產品相關等基礎名詞,都沒有聽過 🙄

這不是 #金流 #能量 不順的問題吧?!

當相關知識都沒有準備好,你連自己都說服不了,如何能讓別人信服你的專業程度,信賴你的產品和服務,願意給你銷售的機會?

到處找療程找治療師,豈非 #捨本逐末?當然不會有效果啊啊啊,只是浪費更多時間金錢,造成更大的經濟壓力而已 😭

以這個例子來說,療癒過程要建立在 “已具備能力和努力,只是需要處理身心情緒或能量障礙”的前提下。

我們不是魔術師,能幫人在沒有成功條件的狀態下,開創事業奇蹟。要是有這樣容易的事情,讓我不需不斷繼續進修提昇自己的專業能力,我也很想知道呢(喂)😂

你可以從零基礎無經驗的新手開始(我們不都是這樣一路過來的?),但你不能期待不學習不充實自己就會有成果,心態得先準備好呀。

在一篇公開貼文中我曾留言,某些身心治療方法也只是眾多方法的其中幾種,不見得適用於每個人,也不表示就沒有其他的療癒方式。

我學妹回覆留言,用蘋果成熟掉落來描述療癒的時機和好轉/康復的時間點,這個比喻太棒了,在此和大家分享她的留言:

“好起來這種事情或者身心層面的自由,可能比較像是蘋果成熟掉落,而前面我們去做的所有努力(包括吃藥及其他)是蘋果成熟的條件,就像是天氣、環境、水分⋯

對於已經成熟掉落的蘋果而言,那個掉落時機是他也不知道怎麼發生的,所以你如果問蘋果這一切是怎麼發生,他可能會覺得自己的努力很少,甚至是無為,因為在他的角度就是如此

不過一顆蘋果要成熟掉落,前面的所有條件也都必須存在,所以其實每個當下努力有作為讓自己好起來的你,就已經有最大的意義了”

是的,當下有做了什麼,意識到什麼,嘗試了什麼,完成或不完成什麼,都是有意義的,也許我們現在還未能完全體會。

也許有些人的蘋果是多年生慢熟型蘋果樹要慢慢灌溉,有些人的蘋果樹在特定的滋養後會快速成熟,有些人是青蘋果樹有各種酸甜滋味,更也許有些人的蘋果樹混合了慢熟快熟長青的果子,

重要的是,不管你擁有哪種蘋果樹,那都是自己獨一無二的果樹...

到過我在印尼的家和工作室的人,都會看到多處提醒隨手關門的提示,那是因為我對蚊蟲叮咬和鳴聲十分敏感,皮膚容易紅腫和超級發癢,聽到耳邊嗡嗡聲便會睡不著。

身處濕熱的赤道國家,起居在一樓的花園平房,雨季以來各類蚊蟲不斷,上週手臂起了一大片紅疹,那種癢又跟跳蚤沙蚤蚊子叮咬不同,同樣的是讓我無法好好入睡。

想起 有一套面對過敏的處理方法,原理是改動潛意識路徑,重新導向免疫系統對過敏原的反應,於是花了10-15分鐘集中精神,在淺度 #自我催眠 中執行。

這套方法我只在第一天練習了一次,再每日擦自己混合的精油配方,在不吃抗組織胺不擦過敏藥膏的狀況下,第三天紅腫開始退散,第五天紅疹消失也已經不發癢,到第七天的今天只微有疤痕,過兩天應該就全好了。

前天工作室招待大使,賓客頻繁進出時難免放了蚊子進來,之前的我是人肉捕蚊燈,人群中總是吸引蚊子的那一個,剛剛想起我的捕蚊燈模式似乎進入睡眠狀態, #身體 #免疫力 自動調整了。

對小事直接產生過激反應,直接放大看待小事的影響程度和回應強度;

驚覺我在日常生活中,尤其是壓力大勞累疲倦,理性思考和感性覺察已經當機時,常自動化進入的模式就是如此。

十年前某次身心到達能承受的臨界時,一位療癒師問我:

"妳家人中是否至少有一位是非常會挑剔的?...妳到現在還沒從中走出來..."

十年後再看,這仍是一生的功課,催眠講師和心理教練的專業訓練讓我對自己的狀態更敏感,察覺更快調整更順暢,並不表示這些舊模式完全不再重現。就像我常告訴個案:

正常人都會有情緒起伏和被固有模式牽動的時候,我們要的不是淨空歸零,這是極難達成的。我們的目標是,如何在反覆訓練大腦重整思維和心態時,更快察覺自己的不ok 狀態,即時調整,讓自己更容易再回到ok狀態,再度讓情緒平穩下來。

去年底我接到獵頭公司的電話(我的本行是環保業高階技術主管),原來是熟知的同行要挖角。經過一個月的三關線上面談,耶誕連假之前我在興奮緊張,就要接受工作邀請的忐忑不安中,突然冒出各種內心小劇場:

“萬一他們發現我不勝任怎麼辦?”
“我要是闖不出名堂來,不就讓現在的公司看笑話?”
“我在XYZ部分的經驗其實還是有限...”

找了一位帶企業催眠的同行聊,他問了幾句發現我並非自我懷疑到想拒絕這個機會,只是需要幫忙提點自信,打一劑強心針:

同行提醒我,新公司當然已經做了評估的功課認可我的能力,他讓我回想三年前從無到有踏入新領域,一起和也沒有經驗的團隊成功開創新計劃,一年內完成評價極好,至今還是業界高標的專案。

如果曾經的我能做到,當我更成熟有經驗了,還有什麼能夠阻礙我?當下我意識到沒有什麼能阻止我繼續成長時,心中再無懸念地簽下合約,算是給自己的新年生日禮物。

近一年來工作的責任和挑戰增加,我由專案總監跳槽為技術總監,從單純的專案計劃與執行,到成為管理高層兼管人事與預算,並擔任要擴大的業務範圍裡的核心成敗角色。

多次在培養生嫩的團隊、面對表現不佳的員工、對外與合夥人協商、向投資人募資時,在完美主義、過度承擔壓力、冒牌者情結、永遠不夠好之間的糾結,讓我想起我和你們曾有過的這些情緒。

你總是同時承擔很多事,把自己搞的疲憊不堪,少了一個跟自己對話的機會,現在的你看起來好嗎?你滿意自己現在的狀態嗎?

可能熟悉卻一向忽略的情緒,不安全感、憤怒、挫敗、渺小、不被接受、逃避內在真實需求的無力感,排山倒海地來到面前爆發。

你逃避再多,還是有面對自己的時刻。所有曾經擾亂你的情緒一波波地湧上來,讓你更煩惱。你感到焦慮、壓力、擔憂、恐懼、沮喪或衝動。

你嘗試閱讀、觀看 YouTube 影片、聽音樂,但過去可以分散那些不愉快的方法不再奏效。你感到無力,不知道該怎麼做,正視自己後的不確定性帶來更多不想要的感覺。

今年初到年中,當工作家人生活各方面都出了狀況需要處理,我的體力精力心力已達到能負荷的極限,是這幾年加深進修的自我覺察、自我憐惜、自我喚醒的練習,再度幫我由失重找回平衡的狀態,重新清理情緒的斷捨離,聚焦在自己的正向目標,再落實到生活中,創造善待自我、和自己共處的時光。

當我能再從自我貶抑走向自我疼惜,工作的效率及產能提高,由我帶領推動的一項重大合作進展順利,對自己一兩年後的職涯規劃有更多自信和企圖心,更重要的是,我也重拾跳舞和跟朋友聚會的樂趣,遇見那個喜歡忙得多采多姿又過得自在平靜的自己。

2024 年到來了,這是一個好機會打破舊習慣,發展新的思維及行為模式,重整生活步調。給自已機會沉澱、放鬆及釋放清理,體認情緒背後真正需求的是什麼?你已經擁有了多少,還能為自己做些什麼?

Finding your core values can be a personal and introspective process. Here are some steps you can follow:

Reflect: Take time to think about what is important to you, what makes you happy, and what you stand for.

Make a list: Write down a list of words and phrases that embody your values and beliefs. Consider things like honesty, compassion, family, success, etc.

Prioritize: Look at your list and circle the five to ten values that are most important to you. These will become your core values.

Identify examples: Think of specific situations in your life where you have lived out each core value. This will help you see how they play out in your daily life and make them more concrete.

Evaluate: Consider how your core values align with your personal and professional goals. Do they match up, or are there any values that you need to work on incorporating more fully into your life?

Reevaluate: Revisit your core values periodically to see if they have changed or if you need to add or remove any.

There are several strategies for managing strong emotions when you are triggered. First, it is important to remember to take a few deep breaths and stay in the present moment. This helps to bring your attention away from the trigger and back to the present. It is also helpful to practice self-compassion, by recognizing and validating your own experiences and emotions without judgment. Additionally, it is important to use positive coping strategies such as mindfulness and relaxation techniques, positive self-talk, exercising, and engaging in enjoyable activities.

Depression is a complex mental illness which manifests itself in many different ways. Treatment for mental health conditions comes in all forms.
For some and perhaps a large percentage of the patients, the treatments prescribed by their doctor are not as effective as they would like them to be, so they seek alternative treatment options. One type of therapy considered by people with depression is life coaching sessions.
There are many uses for life coaching when it comes to improving your self-esteem, getting your life in order and changing your outlook on life in a way that helps you overcome the obstacles standing in the way of your goals. Emotional overwhelm may be caused by stress, traumatic life experiences, relationship issues, and other traumas.
There are various ways to determine what causes the overwhelm and how to deal with it. Here is where to start:
The first step in the process that I use to help my client to combat their overwhelming emotions has to do with understanding. They need to identify how they feel and then find the emotions that match their feelings. At that point, they can figure out what is causing these emotions or what is triggering them.
This is an important step, because after the identification of the emotional trigger - the real healing can start.

People who are emotionally well, experts say, have fewer negative emotions and are able to bounce back from difficulties faster. This quality is called resilience. Learning healthy ways to cope and how to draw from resources in your community can help you build resilience.
