Her progress is amazing. Waktu pertama kali coba inverted pose di cadillac, telapak tangan keringetan, gak kuat, bolak balik pake gloves tapi tetep ngga jadi gerakannya. Apa yang bikin sekarang jadi bisa? Keep coming in every pilates sessions she booked. Konsistennya luar biasa. Hampir ngga pernah minta off (kecuali sakit atau school exam). bukan cuma kejar tayang foto-foto wow gerakan pilates, tapi bener-bener tau apa yang dibutuhkan tiap client untuk progress masing-masing.

Men is not a big fan of pilates. The fun fact of Contrology itself was invented by Joseph Pilates, he is a man, and so later we named the exercise as pilates. Pilates is beyond the acrobatic scenes we see on social media, you guys should know it better. 😎💪
