Our Story
Yoga Dham is a yoga studio focus only in teaching Yoga using Iyengar method. We believe Yoga is for all and is a way of life. We are conveniently located in Senayan neighbourhood in Jakarta Selatan. The yoga studio was opened in September 2015 and was founded by Imelia Wijaya and her daughter Sylvia Tirtanata. They have been studying and practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2007.
All our teachers hold an Iyengar Yoga teaching certificate. We teach yoga at all levels from yoga beginners to advanced. We provide mats and other equipment, so there is no need to bring your own.
