Introducing Restorative Yoga with every Saturday & Sunday 12 PM.

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body. It is a practice of deep relaxation, and when the body relax, the mind consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind.
It will increased relaxation, better sleep, improved well being, better mood, reduced pain and gentle on the body.
It is an excellent way to relieve stress, and enjoy long meditative stretches.

A big heartfelt thank you for our beautiful community of yoga@42 students, teachers, staffs both past and present for over 10 years supporting classes, workshops, trainings, retreats or events in our beloved Senayan Arcadia studio. This space hold special place in our hearts forever, so many happy memories and friendships have been created in here and I am so happy and grateful that a small group of you will continue to run it and make it even better. I will let them introduce themselves to you, familar faces, all are regulars in the hot room.
After years of contemplating, I decide to finally move on and simplify my life by focusing on my family and yoga community in Bali. However, I am confidence that the new owners have the same vision to create a safe happy place for all of you. Stay tuned for positive changes in the studio, it will once again be an Amazing space, our hOMe.
Big love to you all and it’s never a goodbye. One door closes another one opens for me .
