πΏ How do the Five Elements affect your organsβ health?
In Taoist wisdom, we believe that the Five Elements β Water, Fire, Wood, Metal, and Earth β were born from five giant stars that gave birth to the entire Universe.
Each element is deeply connected to a planet, a season, and one of your vital organs:
π§ Water created Mercury, It flows through Winter and nourishes your kidneys and bladder.
π₯ Fire created Mars, it shines in Summer and empowers your heart and small intestine.
πͺ΅ Wood created Jupiter π³ It grows in Spring π± and strengthens your liver and gall bladder.
βοΈ Metal created Venus πͺ It breathes in Fall π and supports your lungs and large intestine.
π Earth created Saturn πͺ It rests in Indian Summer πΎ and nurtures your spleen, stomach, and pancreas.
β¨ These Five Elements donβt just exist outside of you β they live inside your body, shaping the strengths and weaknesses of your organs.
When the elements are in balance, they create harmony and vibrant health. But when they are out of balance, they can weaken one organ while overpowering another.
For example, the energy of the liver (Wood) π³ can be cut down by the energy of the lungs (Metal) βοΈβ just like an axe cutting a tree.
π At Fusion of the Five Elements 1, we explore how these forces interact through two natural cycles:
β
the Creative Cycle (which builds and nourishes)
β
and the Controlling Cycle (which balances and regulates).
Through this practice, youβll help your organs work as a team. The weaker ones are strengthened. The overly strong are gently calmedπΏβ¨

π± Note: A foundation in Inner Alchemy (Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, Microcosmic Orbit) is recommended to fully activate these practices safely.
