1. Operations Coordinator for Local & International Insurance : 2 staff
Jobdesc:
- Taking inbound calls from members of insurance or insurance company around the world and connecting them with our medical clinic for immediate expert assistance
- Engaging with clients and their insurers.
- Engaging with travel and aviation providers to provide accomodation, flight and ground transportation assistance services to members.
- Monitor, update and follow up the insurance records and billing status.

2. Marketing Officer : 1 staff
Jobdesc:
- Promote and sell our services to potential or existing customers
- Building and maintaining good relationship with customers
- Respond promptly to costumer needs, provide excellent costumer services, assist client with follow-up appoinments and fulfill medical services documentation request.

REQUIREMENT:
1. At least Diploma's/ Bachelor's Degree.
2. Preferably Male.
3. Having experience as Operations Coordinator or Mraketing Officer.
4. Able to work well as a team work, as well as indenpendently.
5. Good personality and good customer service skill.
6. Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
7. Able to operate Ms Office programs (Word and Excel).

Pharmacies, Chemists, Drugstores - they all mean the same thing, and the Indonesian people call them Apotek. Most Apotek are located reasonably close to the hospitals, and you will find some in Tourist Centers; Blue Island Apotek is one of them. Blue Island have 2 (two) central Pharmacies which is located in Mataram area (beside of Siloam Hospital) and in Tourism area in Kuta Lombok.

Medicines in Indonesia may be sold under a different brand name than your home country, but the generic drug name will be the same. Most Apotek have an English-language directory (entitled IIMS or MIMS) which lists all the medications available in Indonesia by brand name, manufacturer and generic chemical name.

Blue Island Apotek sell a wide range of prescription and over-the-counter medications and toiletries, and typically have a pharmacist on staff to fill prescriptions and assist customers with drug-related questions. If any family member have a special medical condition requires prescribed medication, you may consult with our doctor and then will give you a prescription based on medical condition. In some cases, our staff may even be able to deliver the drugs directly to your residence.
