Sinergi Akademisi dan Praktisi dalam Formalisasi Dokumen Implementation Arrangement dan Sertifikat Mitigasi Bencana

Penyerahan Sertifikat dan Dokumen Implementation Arragement resmi oleh Kepala BPBD Kota Medan kepada Excellent Team TEMAN STIKes Mitra Husada Medan Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Simulasi Nasional Penanganan Darurat Bencana Gempa Bumi di Kantor Wali Kota Medan pada Tanggal 05 November 2025

Sebagai bentuk legalitas dari kolaborasi lintas sektoral tersebut, dilakukan penyerahan dokumen Implementation Arrangement (IA) yang merepresentasikan komitmen kerja sama operasional antara STIKes Mitra Husada Medan, Pemerintah Kota Medan dan BPBD Kota Medan. Dokumen ini menjadi kerangka kerja teknis yang menjamin keberlanjutan program pasca-simulasi, mencakup aspek pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi mitigasi, hingga pemutakhiran standar operasional prosedur penanganan bencana di tingkat daerah.

Proyek Kemanusiaan STIKes Mitra Husada Medan di Aceh Tamiang

Sebagai implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, STIKes Mitra Husada Medan berkolaborasi dengan BKM Masjid Al-Halim Kolam Jaka Kwala Bekala Medan Johor melaksanakan Proyek Kemanusiaan bagi masyarakat terdampak dan Korban banjir di Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh.

Melalui Tim TEMAN (Tanggap Emergency Maternal Neonatal) & LANSIA, dosen dan mahasiswa hadir memberikan bantuan logistik berupa makanan, pakaian layak pakai serta layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan kepada masyarakat terdiri dari ibu hamil, bayi balita, anak prasekolah, remaja dan lansia. Salain itu, tim TEMAN juga melaksanakan terapi healing kepada anak anak korban bencana banjir hal ini bertujuan agar anak dapat kembali pulih secara emosional dan psikologis sehingga anak merasa aman dan pertumbuhan serta perkembangannya tidak terganggu pasca bencana terjadi.
Aksi ini menjadi wujud komitmen STIKes Mitra Husada Medan sebagai institusi kesehatan yang responsif, kolaboratif, dan berjiwa kemanusiaan, berlandaskan nilai budaya PACER ( profesional, acuntabel, colaboratif, empati dan reliabel).

Kepala Desa Kampung Bandar Khalifah juga mengatakan bahwa kehadiran tim TEMAN dari STIKes Mitra Husada Medan memberikan dampak yang sangat positif kepada masyarakat karena telah memberikan layanan kesehatan gratis yang sangat dibutuhkan dimana pasca banjir masyarakat banyak mengalami gangguan kesehatan serta telah memberikan bantuan logistik yang mana Memang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat.

Day 3 Activities
Tourist Destination Visits in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In addition to participating in clinical exposure learning experiences, students at STIKes Mitra Husada Medan also visited various tourist destinations in Malaysia. The goal of this activity was not only to broaden students' knowledge but also to encourage cultural exchange. Locations visited included the Putra Jaya Pink Mosque, Sentral Market, Petaling Street (Chinatown), Genting Highlands, Batu Caves (Baru Caves), Sungei Wang Plaza, and other locations.
All students enjoyed themselves, were very active, and continued to practice the PACER culture during this activity because, in addition to learning, they also enjoyed the beauty and rich culture of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The 8th ICHAS – International Conference on Healthcare and Allied Sciences

The 8th ICHAS was successfully held and organized by Lincoln University College, Malaysia, in collaboration with STIKes Mitra Husada Medan, Central University of Kashmir, India, Universitas Sumatera Barat, and STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang.
With the focal theme “Advancements in Biological Research in Sustainable Healthcare,”this prestigious international conference took place on December 17, 2025, at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Master Midwifery Students actively participated and delivered their presentations with outstanding and excellent performance, demonstrating strong academic competence, confidence, and research quality at the international level.
