It is not hard, it is just unfamiliar.
In yoga, just like in life, what we reach for often feels difficult at first. Not because it is beyond us, but because our body, our mind, and our nervous system have not met this shape yet. We wobble, we hesitate, we question ourselves.
If something feels challenging today, let that be information, not judgment. Stay curious and be kind to yourself. Keep showing up.
Growth is rarely about forcing, it is about allowing yourself to get used to who you are becoming.
