Balitrees Retreats Balitrees Retreats hosted a retreats holiday including Balinese Traditional Yoga, Meditation, Martia Advance level, they will learn the high filosofy of yoga.

Allow me to share a little bit about how is yoga in Bali at the moment. Beginner will start with Hatha Yoga which are learning a lot of yoga asanas. They will continue to intermediate which are yoga cara ( original yoga sequence). Regarding yoga cara (original yoga sequence). I am giving the example of Surya Yoga lineage. Surya yoga has 12 original sequence such as surya Namaskar, Surya Daryam, Surya Kertalam, Nadwityam Suryam, Surya Arkayam, Surya Khagata, Surya Maricam, Surya Sawitri, Surya Pusne, Surya Bhaskaram, Surya Hiranyagarbha and Surya Gerhanam. Each sequence consist of 12 asanas. Chandra Yoga lineage has 16 original sequence, each consist of 17 asanas. Shiva yoga, Vishu yoga, etc have different original sequence, and so on.
