This past year I was juggling too many things and spread myself thin — caring for my mum, working on various projects and moving homes trying to hold everything together, Somewhere in between, my practices slipped, and I felt it in my body and energy. My body felt different, my energy felt scattered and much as I tried situations didnt make it conducive to get back.
We just moved back to India and rebuilding life from scratch. But coming back home has also meant coming back to a powerful support system — family, familiarity, and a grounding I didn’t even realise I was missing.
It has already given me the confidence to recommit to my sadhana at a deeper level.
So I’m starting a 40-day Mandala to rebuild strength, balance, and clarity, slowly and sincerely.
I’m sharing this journey because many of you — past participants and new seekers — tell me you struggle to stay consistent. Life gets in the way. I get it. I’ve lived it this past year.
But if a restart is what you need, know that you’re not alone. We can rebuild together… slowly, consciously, and joyfully.
