It was a joy to guide a short, impromptu session with the students at IGTC yesterday — sharing a simple technique to relax, gain clarity, and focus. A few moments of stillness can do wonders.

What stood out most was how quickly they connected — even amidst their busy day. It reminded me how deeply today’s youth long for quiet, presence, and inner balance, seven # if they don’t always know it yet.

In a world that constantly demands speed and productivity, learning to pause and reconnect inward is becoming a vital life skill, not a luxury.

When young people experience stillness even for a few minutes, their energy shifts — they listen better, think clearer, and respond rather than react.
