We’ve talked about the various health benefits of kale and how it does help with your skin, but aren’t you curious to know more about it?
All skin types can benefit from kale, but those with dehydrated, blemished, irritated, and sensitive skin benefits from it more. As we all know, kale is full of nutrients which helps detox and get rid of the debris found in blemished skin. It also helps hydrate the skin as well as improve new cell turnover.
Other nutrients and minerals kale provides for a healthy skin are
🥬 Vitamin K: helps reduce dark circles under the eyes, reduce swelling, lessen scars, and tightens the skin
🥬 Antioxidants:
- Vitamin C helps reduce dark spots while brightening skin tone, repairs sun damage, and maintains the collagen
