Paradaya Movement adalah gerakan kolaboratif menuju Indonesia Lebih Berdaya yang bertujuan menurunkan angka pengangguran melalui pengembangan keahlian mustahik usia produktif.

Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) sebagai mitra kolaborator menyediakan 3 program berbasis pelatihan vokasi yang siap untuk diisi!
Program ini dirancang khusus untuk memberdayakan 8 Golongan Asnaf dengan keahlian yang siap untuk di dunia kerja.

1. Belum Memiliki Pekerjaan Tetap
2. Belum Pernah Mengikuti Pelatihan Keterampilan Apapun
3. Usia 23 - 45 tahun
4. Berkomitmen Mengikuti Pendampingan Program dari awal sampai selesai
5. Bersungguh-Sungguh Menekuni Keterampilan Yang Didapatkan Untuk Jangka Panjang
