✨ We spend so much of our lives trying to fix ourselves, fix others, fix the world. But what if you’re not broken? What if nothing needs to be fixed? Only need to be seen clearly?

In the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism, Alchemy Yoga teaches about the Three Malas: the confusions that keep us from seeing the divine that’s already here. The veils that make us forget.
✨ Anava Mala — the belief we’re separate.
✨ Mayiya Mala — the belief in difference.
✨ Karma Mala — the belief we’re the doer.

In Alchemy Yoga & meditation center, we practice to dissolve these misunderstandings and remember the truth that has always been here — that we are already whole, already one, already free. These veils are subtle. They appear as self-doubt, judgment, striving, and the need to control. But they are not who you are.
