Last few days have been very gentle, very tender, very emotional. 

I feel grateful to recognize that I’m at a place now where I can simply allow all of me to be seen, to be felt, to be expressed. No matter how messy, how ugly, how emotional.

I know this is a part of my cleansing, my evolution, my teachings. I’m grateful for the depths in which I feel. 

Working and living in your truth will bring out whatever is NOT in your truth. It will show you ALL the places you are out of alignment & integrity⁣.

And when things get messy it is a deep invitation to reflect, to come back to your truth of who you really are & what you really want. 

A deep invitation to recalibrate to source, truth and love. 

We have the chance to turn every heavy and dark experience into pure magic and drink up the wisdom from it, to integrate it in the depth of our being..

I’ve done it a thousand times and I’ll do it a thousand times more⁣. 

All of the teachings & practices I am using for myself and my clients I am currently merging into something 🌹 special for you. 

As I am fully booked until July for my 3month 1:1 Coaching & Healing Journey's (for European Timezones). I am in creation of something magical & juicy with a lot of depth and sprinkles of all the wild flavours of life for you.

I express for the women that couldn't express.

I take a stand for the women that always had to bow.

I grew up in a household where the man ruled the conversations and told whom to speak and whom to be quiet 🤐...

It took (and takes) me a lot of work around my own expression.

The expression of who I am & of my gifts.
The expression of all the wisdom that comes through me by being a receptive woman.
The expression of Yes, This is what I want. And No, this is not what I want.

A huge part of the work I am doing with my clients is around showing up in THEIR fullest expression.
(in a integrated, empowering and fun way)

We do this by addressing your needs, by standing behind your boundaries, by speaking your truth freely, allowing yourself to take up space. (SOOO Important work)

Every time you keep your mouth shut, hide your gifts and keep playing small we allow this patterns to stay alive.

Break the patterns and heal for all the women that came before you. And lay a new ground for the daughters & sisters to come.

You will feel me when I walk into the room.

Owning who you are sometimes needs a different kind of confidence.

My confidence lies in owning that I am a woman with a big heart.

That I love to tap into magic & being present. That I am a channel to spirit. That I am an empath and sensitive...

That I feel your emotions through an emoji from the other side of the world.

It was easier to cover these parts of self to show my confidence by being the exact opposite. Not listening to my guidance, to follow through just because that's the way. Being a hard worker, being structured, independent and a badass
(I still take that one).

I discovered the difference between aloneness and loneliness. I lost my mother to cancer - which is a lesson none of us ever want to sign up for in this life.

I struggled through understanding my worth as a woman and becoming and embracing who I am.

I had to experience the full spectrum of Rebellion & Rage through many hard lessons. Before I could start to dance the dance.

Before I recognized my Soul is here to express in her very own way. Every Soul is.

It's such a beautiful dance.

Sometimes it can be messy, but it can also be so damn sexy. You get to seduce your shadow and dance with your darkness.

& sometimes your Soul just knows the direction of the dance of your journey into alignment, pleasure and love if you let her lead.

I am creating something special, for the most magical women on this planet. And I can't wait to share it with you soon. ✨✨
