Our studio is a welcoming home for anyone of any ages, fitness levels wanting to experience the happiness of Yoga. Whether it is through a vigorous flow class, a hot sweaty class, a relaxing Slow session, mind-body connection practice, or a gong meditation session. We know that for first time yogi or visitor to practice in a new studio can be a scary experience, but we’re all about making it easy, accessible and fun for you as you set off on your yoga journey with us, and we keep it small, intimate and friendly space. Through our classes, workshops, trainings and events, we encourage you to be healthy, happy, holly and connect with yourself, others in community and environment. Feel free to drop in to any class, any time, without advance notice. Or you can join our regularly scheduled yogaretreats/workshops/holiday/trainings by internationally well known teachers. 30 Days. 30 Classes. One Stronger, Happier You 💪🏼

This challenge is all about YOU — your energy, your focus, your growth. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, 30 days of hot yoga will leave you feeling stronger, clearer, and more vibrant than ever.

Join your fellow yogis, stay accountable with your challenge buddies, and discover the power of community as we sweat, smile, and support each other to the finish line!

How It Works:
✨Start anytime between November 14–20, 2025 and finish before Christmas.
✨Complete 30 hot classes in 30 days — any class on our schedule counts!
✨Missed a day? No problem! You can make it up by doing a double class (up to 4 times during your challenge).
✨You need to join the classes from start to finish for it to count.
✨Make sure you sign in and record each class on the challenge board near reception.
✨You’ll need a valid membership to participate.

Finish all 30 classes and earn yourself a t-shirt or yoga towel, plus the chance to win a special prize!
But most importantly, you’ll gain strength, clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to your practice — and to yourself ✨

Kapalbhati — the cleansing breath, the shining skull, the inner fire 🔥

In Sanskrit, ‘Kapal’ means skull and ‘Bhati’ means light or radiance. Kapalbhati is more than a breathing technique — it’s an act of purification. With every sharp exhale, we expel stagnant air, toxins, and mental clutter. The abdomen contracts, the lungs cleanse, and the mind begins to still.

Practiced mindfully, Kapalbhati awakens the body’s inner energy centers, revitalizing the nervous system and improving oxygen flow to the brain. It sharpens focus, enhances clarity, and restores balance after deep asana work — which is why it’s placed at the end of the Bikram sequence.

On the mat, we discover that we are both the obstacle and the solution. Every breath, every posture, reveals where we resist and where we can soften.

The moment we accept this truth, something shifts. We stop fighting against ourselves and begin to move with grace, strength, and awareness.

Yoga teaches us that empowerment doesn’t come from control, but from acceptance.
