29 years ago, Yoga entered my life in a quiet and unexpected way.
At 20 years old, while living in Berlin, I attended an international free education conference:
A yogi from the Himalayas offered me a spontaneous introduction to authentic Indian breathwork.
What began as a simple conversation in a small park, became a personal transmission of pranayama and the Indian Art of Living.
It was not philosophy that left the deepest mark, but the direct experience of breath, presence & human connection.
In that moment, a deep gratitude for India and its living wisdom began to grow within me.
Looking back, it feels less like a search and more like a meeting with something that had already been calling me from within.
