Bee-ing Me Mindfully I help companies improve well being and performance. Children's Creative Mindfulness programme offered to 3-18yrs.

I facilitate programmes for Cancer support, Parkinson’s Disease and health programmes in Community settings. 1:1 available for all ages. I am a qualified practitioner in Creative Mindfulness for Children having studied under Louise Shanagher. Louise is a Psychology lecturer, Children's therapist, mindfulness teacher and author - an inspiration to all involved in Mindfulness and its value in today's world. I offer Mindfulness classes for children up to 12 yrs in various
settings : school, afterschool clubs, social clubs and any group or individual that would like to experience the benefits of Mindfulness. I am also a Montessori teacher AMI with 30+years experience working in children's education. I have also been a resource teacher in the Primary sector and a Tutor for children with ASD. Further training/certification include :
