Between December 21st (Winter Solstice) and February 1st (Imbolc) we enter into a space that is known as Dreamtime in the Celtic calendar wheel. Often the idea of “resolutions” or “intentions” this time of year can be over-used or conjures some cynicism. But by reframing it as an ideal time and space in nature, and within ourselves to tap into our creativity and start dreaming and planting seeds for ourselves; we open up a different possibility.

For these 2 hours on Feb 1st, we will create a space to reconnect with ourselves as we come out of hibernation, listen inward and feel expansion in both the mind and body. The session will be very relaxed with the yoga practice suitable for all levels; gently opening up the body and feeling into the poses using our breath, before we melt into a relaxing and meditative sound bath.
