Friday Appreciation Post 🙌

Darragh & Adara, just wanted to put this up to say a massive thank you to you both.

You’ve been such a huge part of FIT Life over the last 2 years — the laughs, the energy, the hard work, and just the soundness you brought every single time you walked through the doors. You honestly made the place better.

We’re genuinely going to miss having you around the gym, but we’re absolutely delighted for you both as you start this new chapter back in Dublin and settle into your new home. Massive congratulations again — you’ve earned every bit of it 🏡❤️

Hi guys!!
I’m Anthony, I've had the pleasure of meeting alot of you already and for those of you that I haven’t, I’m looking forward to it.
Just abit about myself;
Im 32, originally a Dub, but living in Laois 20 years so I guess I’m more of a country man than a city boy at this stage. (If there are any Dubs wanting to give me stick over that, be careful.. I’m the one who picks your exercises😂) I’m a family man who has recently finished my Diploma in gym instructor, PT and group classes. I have had enough life experiences that it has been suggested more than a hand full of times that I should write a book. Both inside & outside of Fit Life I use those life experiences to help others and my goals are to help not only adults but children too, to not only strengthen them physically but mentally and spiritually also.
I really appreciate you guys having trust me in to help you on your journey and my promise to you is this;
I will be with you every step of the way💪
