** UPDATED FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS**

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Martin Whately, Riverstown, Ardee, Co. Louth. Unexpectedly at his home on Monday, 16th March 2026.

Martin is predeceased by his wife Kathryn, parents Bridget and William, sister Elizabeth. He will be sadly missed by his much loved and devoted family, children Karen, Paul, Mark, Claire and David, his cherished grandchildren Cian, Sam, Finn, Joe, Beth, Martin and Hazel, daughters-in-law Ciara and Shauna, his sister Mary, brothers John and Brendan, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and good friends.

Martin will repose at his home in Riverstown, Ardee (Eircode A92 Y523) on Friday (20th) from 3pm to 8pm. Funeral on Saturday morning with removal from his home at 9:15am to Ardee Credit Union from where the funeral cortége will then proceed on foot to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for 10am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

The Month's Mind Mass for Nancy Farrell (nee Carroll) will take place on Saturday, 21st March at 6:30pm in the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee.

All Welcome.

Nancy is deeply missed by her much loved and devoted family Linda (Mark), Paul (Nicola), Tracey, husband Larry, her cherished grandchildren Damien, Dane, Chloe, Sophia, Jamie, Liam and Grace, her sister Chris, sisters-in-law Geraldine and Mary, brothers-in-law Declan and Gerry, nephews, nieces, special friends Agnes and Mary, and many more good friends.

Alec is predeceased by his daughter Audrey and his sister Olive. He will be sadly missed by his much loved and devoted wife Louise, daughter Nichola, sons Paul and Steve, his cherished grandchildren Luke, Claudia, Eoghan, Tam and Annabel, son-in-law Andrew, daughters-in-law Michele and Anna-Marie, his brother Matt and sisters Ursula, Kitty, Marie and Sheila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family neighbours and good friends.
