My busy week started bright and early this morning. The gang from Rehab Care Dundalk had their 2nd seated dance exercise session with me in the Dee Hub. Then I'm off to the Praxis Hub Drogheda on Wednesday for their next session. I will also be getting ready for a busy weekend of promoting my services at my promotional stand at the Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland National Conference in Athlone😀

Today was a great first day back after the summer break in the Praxis Hub Drogheda. The group were raring to go in their seated dance exercise session. They did great with the brand new routines😀

An Ability Sports Day is being hosted by the Galway Sports Partnership in NUIG Kingfisher Club on Sunday, 24th September from 11am to 2pm.

This day is suitable for adults and children with a physical, sensory, or intellectual disability.

People of all abilities are welcome to come and try a range of sports including soccer, tennis, table tennis to judo, boccia, athletics, wheelchair basketball, tag rugby and swimming.

The event is free and refreshments will be provided but booking is essential.

This Ability Sports Day is in association with European Week of Sport and is being supported by NUIG Kingfisher Club, the Galway Sports Partnership, and Sport Eireann.

More fun was had today at the SBHI shine summer camp. Group 2 took part in their seated Zumba session. I really put them through their paces and they rose to the challenge. Well done to both groups this week. you all did great!😀

Dundalk Sports Centre Summer Camp program is here!

This year we are excited to work side by side with the Irish Wheelchair Association and offer two “Inclusibility Camps” , these sports camps are for children with a disability and their siblings.

With our new fully accessible sports facility and qualified staff we have a fun packed summer of activities ahead😀
