I had great day today in Cavan institute of further education. Where I had the pleasure of giving disability awareness to the hairdressing students and social care and health care students. Well done to everyone for their participation 😀

My busy week started bright and early this morning. The gang from Rehab Care Dundalk had their 2nd seated dance exercise session with me in the Dee Hub. Then I'm off to the Praxis Hub Drogheda on Wednesday for their next session. I will also be getting ready for a busy weekend of promoting my services at my promotional stand at the Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland National Conference in Athlone😀

Today was a great first day back after the summer break in the Praxis Hub Drogheda. The group were raring to go in their seated dance exercise session. They did great with the brand new routines😀
