Thanks to for a wonderful job on our new shed signage which has just been put in place this morning . There was a lot of time and effort put in by everyone to get the design just right and the end result really does speak for itself. Just in time for the Christmas rush too .

Good news for the parish

Some good news on Ardfert Post Office. The current Postmistress has agreed to remain on for a few weeks. Thanks to her. An Post are still attempting to obtain someone and a larger grant has been allocated for someone to take it over.

We will continue to keep up the pressure until a more permanent resolution is found.

Meeting tonight in the school hall.

As many of you of you are aware, our Ardfert post office is at huge risk of closing very soon.
We would like to invite the people of ardfert village and surrounding villages to a meeting we have organised to try and save our post office. It is a very busy post office and would be such a huge loss if it did go as it is so important for the elderly, as a social outlet as well as for their pension, banking etc. It is also used by so many businesses and people coming from Tralee and surrounds.
We please ask you to attend if you can as there will local TD's and councillors in attendance. Our voices need to be heard and hopefully some agreement can be reached so our Ardfert Post office can be saved for all our community. We need to do our part as a community to save our Post Office!

Good morning all 😊 ,
As many of you of you are aware, our Ardfert post office is at huge risk of closing very soon.
