First Hyrox singles in the bag and delighted to have done it in dublin 🔥

Wasn't easy but I never gave in 💪

1.18 with a 3min penalty for messing up my laps, learn from your mistakes and move on to the next one to compete solely against yourself.

Back focus in my training and straight back in to work on the things I know I need to improve on.
Great event by today, super organised and ran smoothly.

💥 Kids fitness classes 💥

Did you know we offer fitness classes for kids?

We run 2 different age groups on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Kids aged 10-12 is at 4pm-4.45pm
Teens aged 13-16 is at 4.45pm- 5.30pm

We focus on strength and conditioning plus circuit style training to help build strength and confidence in kids.

We teach them how to lift weight correctly and safely so they progress each week.

We also sell vouchers for anyone that needs a gift coming up to the Xmas 🎄 🎅

If this is something that interest you for your child, get in contact and we'll be sure to help get them started on their fitness journey 💪💪

Our 7th birthday 🥳🎉🎂

I can't believe we are 7 years open today, how time passes so quickly.

We wouldn't be here without our team as they help me push the gym to keep growing day after day.
, and 💪💪

Also a big shoutout to my number one supporter as she puts up with the ups and downs to help me keep on going year after year.
She never moans when times get tough, she just lifts me up to see the positive in everything!

To all the clients that have come through the door in the past and present I am so grateful to have you all apart of our community 😊

Thanks to everyone involved as I'm so grateful 🙏

Here's to many more years and to keep on growing.

What a weekend 💥
fit had a great set up with a well organised event for there first one.
We are all looking forward to the next one in Jan/feb.

A big shout-out to all the Burke bodies that took part,they all smashed it with great times 💪💪
