Join the Klass Oil team as an Oil Delivery Driver covering Meath & Louth.
Klass Oil is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Oil Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering home heating oil and fuel products to customers across the Meath and Louth area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of fuel, while providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring full compliance with Irish transport, ADR, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
Full Category C driving licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
ADR licence (or willingness to obtain – training may be provided)
Good knowledge of the Meath / Louth area
Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
Previous oil or fuel delivery experience is an advantage

🚛 Route Planner – Join Our Team!

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Route Planner to join our logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused transport solutions.

The position for the successful candidate will be based in our Rathnew offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review daily transport plans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with planners to optimise fleet and resources.
• Use transport management systems to track movements and improve efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, ensuring all job details are provided.
• Monitor driver hours to ensure compliance and balanced scheduling.
• Resolve transport issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
• Manage driver performance and staff absences, following procedures.
• Support Customer Services to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams on routing and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
• Take part in out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years’ experience in transport planning or logistics.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills – spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Solid local geographical knowledge of Wexford, Carlow, Kildare, and Wicklow.
• Flexible, adaptable, motivated, and reliable.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Proficient in transport management software and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of Department of Transport regulations (Tachograph, WTD, etc.).
