To the parents but not only π
Now when the kids are back to school and you gained yourself a bit of free time after entertaining them all summer, instead of looking for the next thing to occupy your time with (like house work etc. π), try to do something for yourself. Appreciate the space that has been created, appreciate yourself and the work you're doing. Self care is one of the most important elements of our lives to keep it balanced and healthy. Don't feel guilty for finding time for yourself, it's necessary! Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup! Make time for yourself part of your daily routine. Believe me, very quickly you'll start noticing amazing change in your mood, energy levels, your physical and mental health π§‘π§‘ all you have to do is try π
