Anita Sljivaric Dean Fitzpatrick and Lucia Maria Onofri had the opportunity to attend the Oracle NetSuite event yesterday in London. This was an exciting trip with the opportunity to connect, learn, and bring back fresh insights that will help us continue to grow and evolve.

As a business, our use of as a fully integrated ERP platform is central to how we operate. It allows us to streamline our processes, improve visibility across the organisation, and make faster, more informed decisions.

Events like SuiteConnect give us the chance to deepen our knowledge, explore new innovations, and ensure we are making the most of the technology that supports our business every day.

For our customers, this means continued improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and service. By investing in the right systems and staying at the forefront of best practices, we can respond more quickly, manage our operations more effectively, and ultimately deliver a better experience.

🌟 Taking a Moment to Pause and Reset at Medguard 🌟
Today, our team came together for a Mindfulness & Relaxation Workshop, part of our Social Committee’s “Soul” theme this quarter.

At Medguard, our Social Committee isn’t just about events, it’s about creating meaningful opportunities for connection, wellbeing, and balance.

Today’s workshop gave our staff a chance to pause, reset, and recharge as we close out the quarter. Through mindfulness exercises, laughter yoga, breathing, and relaxation techniques, we focused on reducing stress, improving focus, and nurturing a sense of calm.

It’s moments like these that remind us: a little time for self-care and reflection can make a big difference, for ourselves and for the teams we work with every day.

Last Friday, our team came together for our Medguard Kick Off Meeting 2026 at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, and what a day it was. This year’s theme, The Medguard Promise, reflects our ongoing commitment:

Taking time out as a full organisation to align, learn, recognise achievement and strengthen collaboration is something we prioritise every year. Medguard will be observing a scheduled operational pause on Friday the 13th for our annual team development day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM today (Thursday) will be processed when operations resume, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to invest in our people and the service we provide. Training days like this help us stay aligned, strengthen our skills, and keep improving the support we offer you, and ultimately, the experience for patients.
