You could be worrying about Monday morning or the future in general.

It could be your health/ finances/relationships/ work life etc.

So here is some questions to silence that mental chatter box.

Question 1:
What are you worried about? 🤔

Question 2:
What are some clues that your worry will NOT come true?

Question 3:
If your worry does not come true what will probably happen instead?

Question 4:
If your worry DOES come true, how will you handle it?
Will you be ok?

Chances are most definitely 😉.

After answering these questions how has your worry changed?

SO PUT THOSE QUESTIONS TO YOUR EMOTIONS INSTEAD OF THOSE COOKIES AND DONUTS FOR A MASSIVE BINGE,

No 1, ( Eating habits) wins the day by a mile.

Are you enjoying your Mondays!!

Most people approach Monday like this!! ( DON'T DO IT LIKE THIS BY THE WAY). ✋

❌ Write out all the major chores that you must do for the sake of keeping up with everyone.✍️

❌ Go to work complaining and moaning about the co-worker-manager.

❌ Thinking about how you could have done better in the past.

❌ Trying to think positive.

❌ Thinking too much in general.

RATHER:
✅ Write out the new habits/goals that are individual to you and not for anyone else.

✅ Know that in the grand scheme of things it's only a journey.

✅ f*** the past, regardless of what people try to make you believe, the fact is that he/she isn't a perfect saint either,

So forgive yourself and others.

✅ Acknowledge the positive ➕ potentials of you and your team, even if the situation you face is positive/negative.

✅ Go into your body more and create a present (here and now) flow,
Thinking too much about what is outside or control is exhausting anyway.

Don't be trying out stuff your favourite fitness role model is doing if it's not realistic for you.

As the people getting vaccinated seems to multiply, EVENTS are back on the cards,
Which means:

We can start looking at Goal setting once again.

Want to remove emotional knots in the body for good?.

Being Caught up in the past leads to:

Frustration 😤, Depression, further anxiety,

HOW TO DISSOLVE IT AND RECOVER! 👍....

1, Wake up in morning.

2, Resist the urge to check social media📱 and tv. 📺

3, Accept these emotional knots and feelings of hurt 💔,

4, Get centered, Go into your body and slow down.

5, What are you About, what do you want in your life, what's the goal/achievement 💪 you want.

6, What is this achievement going to feel like Emotionally,

7, what are the steps 👣 you need to get to it.

8. REALIZE, you cannot get to this goal by being your OLD SELF, it's emotions don't belong there anymore, ( CRUCIAL) 😮

9. As your day goes on, Capture yourself falling back into your old self, ( VERY CRUCIAL) ✅

10, What emotions no longer belong in your future, from your work/business,

Taking too much Responsibility and unnecessary effort! 😬

You might say " OMG IS THAT NOT WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE".

And it's true we have been told at a young age to put 100% into everything,
And if not, your bold!! 🤣🤣

However now that your an adult, your probably Used and being taking advantage of,
and what's the result?? 😲😲

Your now drained of energy and you INDULGE on Sugar 😮,

I could give you all the tips and tricks in the world, But it all starts with ' SELF WORTH`.

YOU ARE ENOUGH,

STOP TRYING TO OVER DO IT BY PROVING SOMETHING TO YOUR BOSS/SOCIAL PEER.

Only do what is necessary and nothing more in this material world,

It starts of with:

1, THOUGHT

2, An EMOTION that comes from the THOUGHT you have or that you have been told about yourself.

3, A BEHAVIOUR that comes from the EMOTIONS.

4, A HABIT that is put into place because of the repeated EMOTION that results in a BINGE at a certain time in the week.

5, After a while of this BINGE, your body has no choice but to feel the same old PROGRAM/HABITS and wants you to BINGE Whether you want to or not.

it doesn't matter where you are in the cycle just become aware of it and talk about it with someone you trust, ✅✌🙂

I Hated being known a personal trainer,

Love wellness Coaching and getting people at optimal health,
Both physically, Mentally and Emotionally, 😃

I thought I'd love designing meal plans and putting together gym programs, but it felt so empty while doing it.

The truth is people are busy, hard working parents and don't want some big macho man ( at least in terms of improving themselves) ,

What I love and what I'm about:
✅ Getting you free and clear from the toxic mental noise your facing daily.

✅ Get you to work on your core values as a mother, father and as a person.

✅ A realistic approach to getting a healthy clean body and mind so that you can feel the way you desire.

What I am not:

❌ Your here to to listen to me shout 1, 2, 3,4 reps when your lifting.

❌ Tell you that you need to work restlessly to get what you want.

❌Im the PT here, you are here to listen to me and if your not tracking your carbs, fats and protein,
