π’ Tuesday WOD breakdown
As we're continuing to build weight on our strength phase, our reps will be dropping slightly tomorrow again.
For our metcon (an EMOM) we want to maintain steady reps and form across each round. So were going to pick a weight (roughly 50% of our 1rm) that we can keep good midline stability while performing touch and go reps and for our handstand push ups we're trying to discover how to break our reps effectively in a workout so let's find a rep range where 100% effort on our last set will hit the same reps total as set 1.
