In today’s world it’s so easy to bind our worth to our productivity, but the truest gifts we can offer stem from our being. When we say “I am loving awareness” we are taking at all back inside. Rather than looking at what the flashlight is shining on, we come back to being the flashlight. This is the greatest gift you can give another, is your own attention, your loving awareness. This has little to do with your action, but everything to do with your presence. 🫶
