Small changes at your desk can make a big difference for your spine, focus, and energy.

🟢Posture can be important — take a moment to check your desk set up and see if there are any changes you can make to help ease aches and pains and pressure on certain joints and tissues

🟢More recent clinical evidence has shown us though, that it is not the way you sit but how long you are in the same position that can be a problem - so taking regular breaks from your desk can help even more

🟢Movement is the most helpful thing you can do, so sitting all day aside take a look at what you are doing for the rest of the time in your work week, do you go from sitting at your desk to sitting on the couch? Regular exercise, strength training and cardiovascular exercise done throughout the week and on a regular basis can be the most helpful method of all for decreasing muscle and joint pain from sitting.
