We regret to inform you of the death ofP.J. Watson, Rockfield, Drum, Athlone, Co.Roscommon.
Peacefully at UCHG surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his infant son John Edwin, sister Mary, brothers Peter and Larry. Sadly missed by his loving wife Bridie, sons P.J., Cormac and Adrian, daughter in law Deirdre, grandson Tiernan, brothers Tony and Tom, sisters Rosie, Kathleen and Pauline, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his residence (N37 D9P6) on Thursday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Mass of the Resurrection in St. Brigid’s Church, Drum on Friday at 11 am, followed by burial in Drum Cemetery (N37 A7Y8).

We regret to inform you of the death of Pat Watson, Meadowview, Creagh, Bealnamulla, Athlone, Co.Roscommon.
Pat died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Evelyn, children Patricia (Athlone), Brendan (Kilaloe), and Fiona (Oranmore). Grandchildren, Orla, Aoife, Donal, Victor, Sarahjane, and Eimear, sons-in-law, Michael and Damien, nephews, nieces, extended family and wide circle of friends.
MAY PAT REST IN PEACE.
Reposing at Drum Parish Hall (N37 A7Y8) on Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm. Mass of the Resurrection in St. Peters and Paul's church on Friday at 11 am. Burial afterwards to Drum Cemetery (N37 A7Y8).

We regret to inform you of the death of Maggie Gaffey, Tormey Villas, Athlone on the3rd Novembe 2025, after a short illness. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Nancy, sister Angie and niece Amanda. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken sister Ann, brothers Thomas and Darren, sister in law Emer, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relativies, neighbours and friends.

Maggie’s remains will repose at her sister Ann’s home in Marine View, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. Mass of the resurrection onThursday at 10.30am in St. Mary’s church followed by burial in Coosan Cemetery.

Peacfully in the presence of her loving family with the excellent care from the staff of the Allen Ward, Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom and son Aidan. Sadly missed by her family Michael, Phyllis, Marian, Paula, and Brendan, sisters Mena and Kathleen, sons in law, daughter in law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many great friends.

Peacefully surrounded by her family in the excellent care of the staff at Roscommon Hospice after a short illness bourne with dignity and grace. Predeceased by her parents Maureen and Paddy.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Keith, heartbroken boys Patrick, Shane and David, sister Laura, mother in law Kathleen, aunts Finola, Kathleen, and Laura, uncle Patrick, niece Cáitlin, nephews Luke and Cillian, brothers in law, sisters in law, their families, relatives, and her close circle of friends, colleagues and neighbours.

Peacefully surrounded by her family, in the loving care of the nurses and staff in Retreat Nursing Home, Athlone.

Predeceased by her loving husband Liam, her brother Pat and her parents Jack and Gretta Naughton.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Patrica and her husband Eamon Beades, their family Ursula, Anne, Mary, Claire, Emma and Tomás, by her brother Gerard and his wife Treasa and their family Shane, Paula and Gary, grandnieces, grandnephews, in laws, relatives, neighbours and great friends.

Marguerite will reposing in The Oratory in Retreat Nursing Home, Bonavalley, Athlone (N37 DK07) on Friday October 10 th from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to The Church of The Risen Christ Kiltoom arriving for 7:30pm. Mass of the resurrection on Saturday at 11am with burial in the local cemetery.
