Low self-esteem is very often a recurring theme with so many clients. A client completing a self-esteem journal each day can help them to begin to recognise positives about themselves and their achievements that they may have been ignoring or unable to see for a very long time.

The use of a self-esteem journal can play a small part in a client developing a greater sense of self-worth and this can be further strengthened when more tool and skills are used alongside the self-esteem journal.
