We have known that autism is largely biological for many years now. We have moved far past the idea that mothers are to “blame” or that autism is something to “cure” or rid from society. We are having sohooo many feels not only about the fact that so many are still so genuinely oblivious to the facts but surprisingly that so many educated and professional people are also genuinely oblivious and that we need to remind everyone of the thing we did not think we needed to 😭

Equine assisted psychotherapy workshop by one of my colleagues in the The Dancing Soul Athlone Therapy Centre.

We have a soft spot for horses here at . One of our therapists Valerie along with Nichole are running a demo where you can experience the benefits of equine assisted therapy. What more could you want on a Sunday morning, horses, cup of tea with like minded individuals ❤️❤️

Delighted to be part of the Setu Studio Space Galway family!
Catalyst Hypnotherapy will now be welcoming clients from Setu Studio Space on Fridays from 1pm to 8 pm.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I have been empowering people to change since 2018. I use hypnosis to help adults and children free their mind to work with them rather than against them.
